• Absolute rubbish service slow and when asked not to send a letter they sent it cost us our xmas bonus £1260 in total then tried to twist blame back on me well they are sacked not using this firm now

• If there was a zero star rating they would get it!! Absolutely shocking service while purchasing a house using Brighouse branch! Solicitor has told us things would happen on certain dates and each and every time they haven't happened, shocking service, never call us with updates. Do not use these solicitors unless you want rubbish customer service and for the whole process to take a lifetime. Quote from there website- "If you are looking for a solicitor that puts clients first then you have come to the right place."- biggest load of rubbish I've ever read they couldn't give a dam about there clients!! DO NOT USE!!!!
