• in response to our latest reviews we sincerely apolosise. Since our refurbishment (Jan 2013) we have had some fantastic feedback. We take all comments and feedback seriously and strive to rectify and faults. We are currently recruiting to strengthen our team and help with service speeds. The Brassmill is a growing business and is a great place to visit. look forward to seeing you soon.

• newly decorated and looks good, then its down hill all the way.rude bar staff, food served cold and when we complained the waitress actually stuck her finger in my food and said"surely not...oh yes lovey it is cold" took it away microwaved it and brought it back!dirty wine glasses no wine cooler and you have the pleasure if u are lucky of having a table by the staff who ate their ribs and chatted non stop about the customers !!! maybe this is why our meal was served cold.

• Very poor service we had to wait for more than 30mins the meal itself was far to salty for us to eat it all. there was no person interested to ask for a comment
