• My wife and I called in wihout booking, found the staff very helpful and friendly. Service was very good and the food excellent.This was after a disasterous meal at "The Heights" Bistro

• We visited Bank holiday monday, the place was not very busy. We ordered medium tuna salads. One and a half hours later i chased the kitchen. Two minutes later the fish arrived raw, sent it back,it was returned to the table again still virtually raw so we got our money back and left.

• booked for 14 and pre ordered food.Waited over an hour for food. The place was pretty well empty.The food was poor, portion sizes were poor and very expensive for what you get. The service was appaling. If you want veg etc with your meal you will have to pay extra. If you want good food value for money and customer service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
