  • 3 star reviewEat here regularly but very variable. Some staff never seem to see you and there is often a long wait for service as they talk to each other. Food ok but again varies in quality. We use it because we don't have to travel far.

  • 1 star reviewwent there last night took daughter for her birthday, and seemed a shambles we waited so long for for the starters, i had "olives & rustic bread" after asking were served in oil, answer No, when at last they came it was not with "rustic bread" but toast & olives were in a chilly oil i would never have ordered if told so proves staff dont know a thing about the food 3 of the party had chips they were all small hard bits like you get at the end of a bag and the amount seemed as though they might have run out as maybe 2 servings between the 3 of us, the gammon could hardly be described thus it was like a thick rasher & cooked hard & dried even steak knife given wouldn't cut one bit, ordering drinks said no ice came loaded with it when i said all they did was tip over into another glass so not full measure & freezing cold which was not wanted hence ordering NO ice did the others enjoy the meal so so but have had better not go there again, the place was noisy with a hub of background noise & at one point when we had waited 20 mins for staff to clear mains & order sweet all 2 of them were doing was chatting at counter, i asked IS anyone serving? was told oh yes we will get someone to you 10 mins later someone came, not one waier to serve throughout meal seemed any going to whatever table

  • 5 star reviewWe eat at The Bluebell regularly and love it, the quality and presentation of the food is excellent for what you pay and the staff extremely friendly. If we just fancy a drink we take our dog in the bar area which is great for us after a long walk up the Malvern Hills.

  • 1 star reviewWe went to this pub for a family celebration and were very dissapointed with the appalling service and average food. We had to wait half an hour for a bottle of wine and when it arrived the waitor dorgot the glasses. We had to wait again for them. The food took over an hour and when it arrived was just plonked down in front of us. Appalling. Our waiter definately needed basic training in customer service. Would not recommend this pub to anyone and would never go back there again.
