• Fantastic kennels! Justin and Amy (Lyn & Fay's son and daughter-in-law) who have taken over are wonderful with my dogs. Wouldn't even consider taking my dogs anywhere else - Blue Rock is the only kennels I'd use.

• Wouldn't use again, rang up to complain because the lady more or less told me she had locked my 9 month old sharpie pup in the kennel for 9 days because she reckons he growled at her! He's the most friendly dog you could meet.. She hung up on me.. I paid for a service that was not provided. This experience as put me off ever using boarding kennels again

• Have left our dogs with Lyn and Fay for years now and have always been really pleased with their service. Our dogs always wag their tails when they are going back! Highly recommended

• Have left our two labs here on numerous occasions, they are always looked after just as you would wish for. Would never dream of leaving our girls any where else, especially when you hear horror stories from other kennels.

• My dog George is nearly 12yrs old and has stayed twice so far and comes back like a 2yr old he is literally smiling when we pick him up. Fantastic kennels!

• when looking for a kennel for our labrador Jake we were very fussy as we wanted to make sure he was walked and well looked after, after being on a few sites we found these kennels looked at them and thought they looked great. The owners seemed really friendly but this went on to change when we picked our dog Jake up. We were away and called to see what time was the latest we could pick him up as was running behind schedule and just wanted to double check how much it was going to be the lady said it was going to be £100 which was originally £60. When we queried her on why it had increased she put the phone down. After calling back she tried to explain the way the prices worked and not very well the bill had just shot up by £40 and we did not understand why. When we went to collect Jake and we asked why the price had changed they said we dont need to explain our pricing stratergy to you and were very rude, they used foul language and infront of our young daughter who was crying and would not give us Jake until we paid the full amount. They were trying to say we had to pay more as he had been in a double kennel but when we got there he was in a single. And when we eventually after much debate got him back he was soaking wet and smelling of uraine. When we got home it took us a good fortnight to get him settled again. We had used these kennels previously and was very very happy by the service but this soon changed the minute we questioned their pricing and still no clear answers were given. After speaking to many people about this we realised they were ripping us off, they would not take card payment only cash but when we dropped him off they said they did we had to drive back to the town to draw cash out and they would not give us a receipt for the payment either. I will never use these kennels again! I rate these kennels 1 star and thats only for the views.

• Have used Blue Rock Kennels for our Jack Russell Spud.So far only 3 days at a time but he has been there from a pup.Always tired on return as he's had such a good time.Would'nt think of putting Spud anywhere else.Going to book hols in Dec around dates available for Spud!! Thats how much we trust Lyn & Faye

• We have been using Blue Rock ever since they opened and would not use anywhere else. Friendly service and the dogs are well looked after. Our dog Fudge loves it there!

• Our dog Tammy loves it at Blue Rock, to the extent that if she's there longer than a week she gets homesick for Lyn & Faye when we get her back.

• Be warned - our two smelly mongrels are looked after so well at Blue Rock I think they are disappointed to see us turn up to fetch them!!

• have use bluerock ever since they opened and have never ever had any complaint in any way. we leave our springer (Missy) at least twice each year and she is more than happy to trot off along with the owners as if they are old friends. cannot imagine leaving Missy anywhere else.

• This is a fantastic kennels, have taken our springer here several times and he comes back exhausted !!!!! Will always take him here.
