• I have always had great food from you. I was very surprised to read some bad reviews but as the saying goes, If you upset one person then 100 people hear about it, If you make one person happy only 5 people hear about it. I have had Chinese all over the world and you are great as far as I am concerned.

• Got a Chinese from here today and it was disgusting! We used to always buy from you but recently we have been bitterly disappointed! Would not recommend to anyone after our last meal. The meat you call chicken is far from it, absolutley awful, dark in colour and tasted vile. Chicken balls were mushy and watery. Poor food and money wasted!

• Used to always use this chinese as it was best around for miles, however since cit changed hands it is quite frankly shocking, the food is cold and as stated on another review we've had missing food from our order. we had a group of friends around once and we placed an order of over £120 and when i asked for prawn crackers they tried to charge us for it, you would have thought that they would have gave them to us for free as we had a big order. However to top that all off, the last time we were there we saw rats running into the kitchen...... i thought the chicken balls tasted different

• We live in the village and often pop to the Blue Orchid for a takeaway. The service is always prompt and friendly and food delicious. Have never had a bad meal from there. Highly recommend.

• I have been using this takeaway for over 4 years and is WAS the best in my area. HOWEVER please NOTE it changed hands about 12 months ago and since then there has been a drastic decrease in the quality of the food and it just doesn't taste as good as it did. Items overcooked/too strong in flavour/cooked in advance & stored making them cold & dried out. Also we have had an incorrect order on 2 occasions and missing items on 2 further occasions, none of which happened prior to new mamangement. Very sad as the old owners would be mortified to hear this, I'm sure. We will not be going back.
