  • 1 star reviewpoor customer service lets down what used to be an excellent garden centre. Too much focus on sunsidiary items and not enough on garden accessories or staff training. I asked for advice but the assistant obviously knew little about plants.

  • 1 star reviewUsed to be excellent, especially the cafe but current staff are rude, offhand and uninterested. Cashier continued to chat to friends while serving me; cafe staff disorganised and painfully slow.
