"Our Biltong is made using only the highest quality, British grass fed, free range beef. The cows have a proper cows life, grazing only on fresh and delicious grass, and are free to roam with the sun (ok, ok I use the word sun loosely, this is the UK after all!) on their backs.Boerewors is made using only the absolute best cuts of meat and a proven award winning recipe."
