• Great service,having read the reviews but being stuck on a Sunday we went in with our eyes open Reviews couldn't be more wrong,told the staff about them they said its a ex employee stirring up things. I would highly recommend this company,the price was reasonable ( they knew I was in a jam and could have charged me any thing) The vehicles were immaculate and the staff were great I don't usually write reviews but felt they deserved it.

• Excellent service from start to finish I read reviews so went in with my eyes open I was stuck on a Sunday with no where else to go They picked me up from the station,there was a queue inside but they gave me tea while I waited The vehicle was immaculate and the staff were friendly. I don't normally write reviews but felt that this company deserved it I would highly recommend them to any one and would use them again

• Was cautious after reading reviews,but had to use them as the were only company open on a Sunday and I was stuck. They were fantastic ,picked me up at station,car was immaculate and was given a bigger vehicle free of charge. Apparently it's a ex employee writing bad reviews I don't normally write them but felt that this company deserved it. I would use them again and highly recommend them to any one.

• Terrible service - Refused to give back the deposit, never use these people. They WILL take your money, would use a more well known company.

• Read the reviews but was stuck for a van on a Sunday ( went in with guard up) However van was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpfull and waited over a hour for me to get back(traffic jam) no extra charge I would highly recommend this company and will use them again All I can say is don't believe every thing you read

• Hired a van a couple of weeks ago. was told £35 unlimited milage and on the day of hiring the manager checked it over in the rain and said was fine. upon returning it was checked by another person who claimed the passenger door had a sliht ripple caused by someone closing it with their leg(despite the passenger door not being used)and charged me £40 which i had to pay. I have lived near this parade of shops for 45 years and am upset a trader of this nature is operating here. Avoid big white cube, i have made all their neighbours aware.We do not need this type of operator in this area. Please read other revievs.

• What a nightmare! Terrible service overall. They messed the paperwork up and then claimed the car had a dent on it on return! Never going to use them again.
