• The highest room prices available. I tried to book for a night around Heathrow. They offered my the smallest price available as being 299 GPB at Sheraton Skyline. For a fee of 5 GPB. Instead I spent 1 GPB for internet access and I reserved myself at booking.com the same room for 126 GPB. And there were a lot of other rooms at lowest prices around Heathrow. BHRC employees were either unprofessional either they tried to cheat me.
