Extremely bad service!!!! My accident was in July 2013, I contacted BGR Bloomer in August and started a claim. 14 months later, I'm still no where near settling either mine nor my son's claims. The witness statement which has been re-iterated over and over again to them in the last year is still getting questioned, the other driver's details which were given at the start of the claim had to be re-confirmed almost 9 months down the line. The updates are few and far in between and even when you chase for a response (numerous phone messages left and many emails sent), you get dribs and drabs of incomplete information. Promises that information/letters are being posted and you will receive them in the week never come to fruit!!!! It is quite irritating dealing with BGR Bloomer all in all. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else.
