• I visited both shops, 1st one very much bridal, 2nt one lovely clothes, nice lady, until she started moving clothes from rails to another, noise was horrendous, I thought about leaving, but made a substantial purchase, customer service certainly wasn't her priority, glad we were only passing through Banchory

• oh dear just read two not nice comments ihave shopped + several times there and have never had a bad experience and i dont have pots of money by no means but the quality is there and the owner and her staff have always been polite and caring

• excellent customer service patience caring understanding about a customers feelings about their body hangups excellent clothes shame about my weird size but they still found me yet again a lovely outfit

• Staff are not nice. Not very helpful. Felt very uncomfortable looking around this shop. Clothes are nice but overpriced. Will not be going back.

• after buying shoes and bag from here and was advised by physio that they were not suitable and phoned and asked for refund company policy is no refund not even an offer of credit note is this legal ...
