• The owner of Belvoir Carpets, Stuart Glenister has been a nightmare from start to finish. 1 July 2020 he quoted and asked for a cash deposit, unfortunately we paid it. Recommended a carpenter called Dean (drives a red car) who came around and measured up the job I needed and promised to come on the Monday because Stuart had the vinyl for our bathroom. No-one came or phoned. Glenister promised fitter Tuesday following, no-one came or phoned. 4 August Richard Cooper (fitter) arrived. Not happy but completed the bathroom, started the lounge. Told me he was not employed by Stuart, disassociating himself from him. Promised to come the following day no sign promised next day no sign till Thursday evening. 11 Aug Stuart asked for money to pay Richard then promised Lee who finished the flooring. 11Sept rang to ask when Dean would finish the edge to fireplace, replace odd door strip and woodwork in toilet. Had to finish it ourselves. Do not be a victim of this man or his company.
