• My sister ordered a Suzanne Neville dress through Beautiful Bridal in Westbourne for her wedding due to take place at the beginning of September. We were told to have shoes ready by June as the dress would be in in July. It's now 2 weeks before the wedding and the dress is not ready. Turns out after hours of phone calls that Beautiful Bridal have not paid the designer so the dress has not finished being made. Beautiful Bridal did not tell us this, it ended up that we had to phone the designers directly. The designers have been the most helpful people and we will continue to deal with them directly as we want nothing more to do with Beautiful Bridal.
