Used Beatsons a while ago. Slow. Now ordered £358 supplies. No communication , paid by Amazon pay they took the money now when log in says “order refunded”. No communication , no goods, no refund. No consultation. I want the goods. Now I need to wait on either refund or goods but urgent soakaway repairs needs done not buying from elsewhere. On investigation who is the MD / CEO of Beatson’s come out from under your rock and sort your Customer Service. Will NEVER use Beatson’s again and ensure that everyone in the trade and public know how terrible they are. AWFUL, DIABOLICAL, IGNORANT.Rating history and distribution
