• The very first time I booked these people, I accidentally rang them instead of Blue Line. It was for a taxi from a bar on Gateshead side of Tyne Bridge. Well, went out for pick up time, no taxi. Phoned them was told it was just leaving Slatyford. Eh ? HALF AN HOUR LATER, and umpteen ignored attempts to get through to ask WHERE was the damn taxi, we walked over Tyne Bridge and got a taxi Newcastle Pilgrim St. It wasn't just the fact that the didn't bother turning up, it was they ignored the phone. First and last time I use these.
