• They completed the conveyancing quickly but it felt like it was rushed. I subsequently found out additional information which they should have turned up if they had done a more thorough job. The communication was abrupt bordering on rude for example the conveyancer used capital letters to explain things when I asked for clarification of more complicated matters.
