• same as the other review. complete waste of time calling. no answer after 5 atempts!!

• Rang Basildon post off waited ten minutes still no answer. The phone has rung that long it has cut off. Tried again and still waiting, still no reply. Waste of time having a contact number. It is very important that I speak with someone at the Post Office. Still trying another ten minutes wasted. Where the hell are you????????
