• Shocking experience of having to deal with these guys. Unnecessarily difficult, short sighted, arrogant and with very high opinions of themselves, while also having a bit of a temper when questioned on anything. I can't imagine they get many (if any) referrals from their customers and I would strongly advise anyone looking to invest their money to go to another IFA, purely for service and communication reasons. It's a real shame people act in the way these guys do. Not a good way to do business or a good way to treat potential clients.
