• I have used these Kennels for over 6years. The first time I used these kennels I called them from my holiday to ask how my dogs were doing, she went away to check and assured me that they were fine, but missing me and that they were finding the kennels strange. But they were giving them extra attention, and are getting used to it. Totally put my mind at ease. Excellent customer service, pick and drop off service, and friendly staff. My dogs are always happy, and in good condition when they are returned to me. I highly recommend Barn Owl Kennels. D Davies London

• Will never use this cattery/kennels again! They would not allow drop off or collection from pen to settle pet in. They were discourteous and abrupt about this matter, it is obvious they do not understand the feelings/needs of pet owners, who love their pet.
