• Do not go NEAR this place, unless you want to look like a complete freak. They are bullies. Horrible experience which YOU have to pay for, even if you state clearly that you are unhappy with your hair. The stylist refused to cut my hair in the way that I wanted, Instead the stupid woman put in loads of layers which look horrible and which will take about five years to grow out. They really don't care about the client, and even if you complain, they never apologise and they don't offer a refund. Unless you think that the Wurzel Gummidge look is your thing, AVOID THIS NASTY WOMEN.

• The stylist refused to cut my hair as I requested, and bullied me into just sitting there while she did what SHE wanted. It is awful. So many layers that will take YEARS to grow out. I got no apology, no refund and when I phoned up later, I got more attitude. If you want to pay a lot of money to get bullied and look horrific, this is the salon for you.

• If you want to leave a salon feeling bullied, upset, out of pocket and with hair so badly cut that it will take years to grow out, this is the place to go. They offer no refund and no apology and they reply "WE think your hair looks nice", when really it looks like a 1970's footballer mullet with horrible layers and flicky bits. My friends were so appalled when they saw me. Its a totally humiliating experience to have to pay for such bad service. No point in complaining either. They just do not care.
