• I have always received an excellent , helpful and welcoming service, however, my recent customer experience wasn’t so! On walking into the shop, the assistant didn’t look up from the counter to greet me, even though I was the only customer in the shop. Without looking up she directed me to what I was looking for, which I couldn’t find, she then pointed , again not looking up. Eventually she said ‘that’s all we’ve got’. The assistant was so abrupt which was absolutely not justified as I hadn’t given any reason for her attitude. She clearly was doing paperwork but as a customer I do expect to be treated in a respectful, civilised way. No response on leaving the shop either. I will be using this business again, hoping this experience was a ‘one off’
