My sons lessons were always cancelled last minute and I found the instructor was extremely rude when approaching about changing tests. The instructor told my son that he was not ready for his test and for him to push it back (bearing in mind the lack of tests available). We then moved to a different instructor which was amazing, my son then passed his test on the date despite being told he was not ready. Rating history and distribution
