• I cannot recommend Julie’s classes enough. I’ve done pregnancy yoga and baby massage (both on Zoom and face to face) followed by a baby and Mummy yoga class. All classes were amazing both in their content and delivery and they gave me confidence and lots of ideas of age appropriate activities to do with my newborn baby which really broke up the boredom of lockdown and assisted the bond between us. Joe’s eyes light up each time he hears the songs and baby tummy massage in particular was the only thing that has really helped to relieve discomfort with colic in the early days. As a first time Mum and also a newcomer to the area, I found Julie a great fountain of knowledge because she is familiar with all the local resources and was able to recommend other practitioners and point us in the right direction with issues that we needed help with – i.e. cranial osteopathy, etc. Julie is fun, loving and caring lady and she is completely dedicated to her Mums and babies. Her determination to keep the classes going throughout lockdown was beyond amazing and access to other Mums and babies has been my lifeline with absence of family around me. I don’t know what I would have done without it. I also had a one to one massage session with Julie when I was heavily pregnant and in a lot of pain with my hands. Not only was it a lovely relaxing experience when I was playing the waiting game but the massage and DoTerra cream really helped my painful hands and she also trained my partner Dan to do the hand massage for me afterwards. Julie’s endless dedication to women’s wellbeing is priceless, she cares and reassures and also provides practical exercises and tips to assist post birth recovery. I left each class feeling positive, charged up and back on track – enough to keep me going until the next class  Massive thank you Julie!
