• Landed at Cardiff airport at 3am this morning with family. Taxi didn't arrive I was ringing there office and was shut. Thanks b line won't be recommending you anymore.

• Don't know what's going at b line always had lovely drivers for years. There's been a big change in the last few months. Don't recognise any of the drivers anymore. All the drivers me and the family felt safe with have all left. They seem to have been replaced with very rude and not helpful at all. Won't be using this company anymore. Service has gone right down hill. One of drivers refused to help my elderly mother with her shopping.
