• Mr Poland charges £35 for coming out and looking at the job and providing an estimate. Told me this amount would be included in the estimate but if I didn't use him for the work he would send me an invoice for this sum. After I had agreed the estimate, he sent me an invoice for an additional £35. When I queried this, he told me to go and find someone else to do the job.
