• Bought a car from Autowest Cars of Yeovil and within a few months the gearbox and clutch had completely gone. Huge bill to repair and when speaking to Mr Clothier the owner, he offered no resolution or to help with costs. Completely uninterested that he'd sold a car that had gone faulty. AVOID at all costs to save yourself lots of money and hassle, poor trader.

• Purchased Vauxhall Tigra June12, had lots of rain, no leaks. Late into 3mth warranty I discovered rear light wasn't fitted correctly it wasn't located in the housing hole in the body, the boot lid was pinching it on closing. I took the vehicle back, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be fitted within a week, however, the car has been leaking water into the boot since, it's really bad, carpet soaked. Water has been leaking into the boot since they replaced the light I took the car back a.m. on 20/11/12 and explained. The mechanic who remembered me (at the time of the original replacement of the light he said the boot may need adjusting but said it looked ok and so I left) told me to go to the office as it had to go through them for any repairs. I was promised a call from the 'boss man' as the salesperson put it...I'm still waiting. Will keep the site posted.
