• These guys are inexperienced from my knowledge when it comes to dealing with the customer experience, data and spec of vehicles and very pushy to get the deal. I would say some training needs to be put in place for certain colleagues as they have lost you revenue. I will be spending my money with a dealer who puts the customer first and most of all is not rude and pushy. Even if I have to pay slightly more least I can be confident that the after care will be great.

• Just went on test drive, sales staff not there even tho I booked ahead. Seems shoddy.asked about warrantys, you pay for one, cars don't come with any. Would not expect any help if you bought there. Go private sale as you will get a more honest car.

• Purchased a BMW M3 from Autostrada. When viewed they were quite open about the Xenon light not working. Waited 2 weeks for them to fix still no luck. So for insurance reasons I took the car and they said they would send the parts. Again another week or so still no parts. We finally agreed I'd get it fixed and they would pay. When inspected it was clear both lights were faulty. It cost over £900 for xenon bulbs and ballast units for both sides. When I sent the bill to Autostrada they said only one was faulty when it left and only offered to pay £300. Also couple of thousand miles later the SMG gearbox was faulty which was going to cost £5000 to fix. I decided to trade the car in and buy something else. Autostrada refused to take the car in part ex before even looking at it which leads me to believe they were aware of all the problems with this car when they sold it. Very poor service avoid like the plague :(

• purchased a Mitsubishi shogun on 3 /4/ 12 for £10500 mileage 30176 a week or so later i found that air conditioning was not kicking in or blowing cold and appeared not be working so on the 29th of the 5th i took it to a main dealer who found that there was no gas or oil at all in the air con compressor unit it was completely empty /mileage 31298 so i had the unit re gassed at a cost of £86.00 just over a week later on the 7/6/12 i was in Morrisons car park when smoke started to fill the vehicle so i lifted the bonnet to find smoke billowing from the engine bay i called the AA when they inspected the vehicle they told me that the air conditioning unit had collapsed mileage now 31421 and the warranty does not cover the repair even though they told me to book it in for repair when i told the warenty company it was not blowing cold autostrader will not cover any costs claiming it was working even though it will not work without gas or oil in the system new unit cost £800 plus labour THANKS FOR NOTHING AUTOSTRADER
