  • 1 star reviewMy brother in law bought a car from them in June 2014, he wanted a diesel car because of all the miles he was going to be doing! They showed him a lovely golf, he liked it paid for it out right a day later brought it back to them for running issues the top salesman sold him a 1.4 tsi petrol, he asked for a refund as that's not what he wanted they were very rude and also refused. He then had to pay for the repair as he needed a car being a big part of his job! Now 4500 miles/ 8 months later it developed a missfire and consumes massive amonts of oil, i rang them to ask if they wohld look over it, the mans exact words on the phone is"they wouldn't even entertain looking at is as its out of there 3 month warranty" it's now stripped about on my drive way having a full engine rebuild and costing over a 1000 quid to put right! Top class service if you ask me.... will be going to trading standard's

  • 2 star reviewFound a car we liked online-so traveled 60 miles to see it(after being persuaded to put down a 'retainer' of £100 to secure it)When we arrived the car was still for sale on the forecourt! Looked at the car, and was happy with it. Had chat with young sales lad, all seemed ok and was offered a price for our car in part ex. lots of smiles and handshakes etc, before the testdrive. left happy after drive and left deposit to return next week. On return, they didnt seem to bother with us and were'nt particulally welcoming, started paperwork then out of the blue they asked to go for a drive in our part ex car. They came back and agressively said that our car is worthless, and the deal is off! we explained that it has an issue last week and they were happy then. After some heated discussions they eventually agrred to give us the quoted amount(only £500) off the £8k car, but boy were they pi##ed off! It really ruined it for us as they didnt even thank us for our custom, or wish us a safe drive home. If you beleive in being treated good as a customer spending lots of money, this isnt the place to go. We like the car though.

  • 5 star reviewbrilliant service. bought car from here and would recommend them to friends and family. They dealt with the number plate change and even made us an extra plate for our trailer. probably the easiest car purchase ever.

  • 1 star reviewTo save anyone a wasted trip, this dealers policy is to not let anyone test drive a car until they have agreed a price on the car for sale, agreed a price on part ex car and also agreed to make a decision that day to buy the car!!! We were sent out of this dealers show room as we said we would like to think about a purchase overnight before making a decision, with the words 'if you will not make a decision today then I have to decline your request to test drive this car'. We were genuine customers, not time wasters, who had driven 60 miles to view this car, who indeed did by a car the next day, after thinking overnight, but not from this dealer!! I honestly don't understand how this dealer sells any cars!! We were sent out of that showroom like Julia Roberts from Rodeo Drive in Pretty Woman!! Shocking very rude customer service!!! Awful!!
