• Tried unsuccessfully to talk to someone. Lengthy robotic info. Rang 4 times. Eventually 'home shopping' suggested I pressed option 4. Didn't appear to be available. Gave up!

• The telephone service by the strore is abysmal. It is virtually impossible to get throgh to an extnesion you want and cannot get past the automated system. After trying four times and waiting a total of 40 minutes I gave up and went to Morrisons.

• Very cluttered shop with large trolleys blocking the isles. They are forever moving items around on the shelves so it is very difficult to find things that are not bought regularly. Even the staff don't know where some items have to!,
