We have visited the store twice this week on Monday the 23rd And Tuesday 24th to purchase 150pounds on alcohol for a function only to be told on both occasions it was cash only as the machines are down but there is a cash machine but we wanted to pay by our commercial card ok but how much money is being lost but our main concern is the attitude on both occasions of the two young ladies who informed us of the problem they exercised a careless attitude there attitude showed no customer relations which obviously reflects on there training and to make it worse they were stood arms folded with a take it or leave it attitude I think you need to take a serious look at your training process if any of our staff conducted themselves in this way they would be historyRating history and distribution
