Staff in Asda Halesowen are always polite and helpful.If you can't find an item and you ask them they take you to the product. One of the best Asda stores.I'm just writting to thank Asda and in particular the young lady at the Customer Service desk in your store on the afternoon of the 29.12.12,for her wonderful dedication,professionalism and helpfulness in tracking down some photoframes that l was after...the Halesowen branch had "Sold Out" of the said item....but she kindly rang around 4 or 5 other store to see if they had them in the area.....Thanks to her l managed to purchase a further 20 frames from other Asda stores, now l can go ahead with my photo exibition planned for 2013.
This women deserved a rise and promotion....she's a real credit to Asda's.
