• I'm a regular customer and by far my two favourite people in there are Hollie and the manager Alex. If it weren't for those two, I'd never ever go back. I find the others extremely rude and pushy, I mean, I get that they have targets to hit but surely if its upsetting customers to.the point that they don't return, is it really worth it? Abida and Alia are the worst ones for doing this and I think it ruins the whole experience - I'd like to think that they know me well enough to understand that if I say I don't want something I don't want it. Alia has a constant habit of making people feel.self conscious about their looks often saying that they'd look more beautiful with such and such treatment. Alia also has a habit of arguing with her co-workers on the shop floor in front of people which is so unprofessional. Don't bother complaining to the company though cos you won't get listened to - if you do go in there Hollie is the best nail.technician ever and Alex always makes me laugh and has a chat with me. - Bristol
