• I too did not want to leave a star . The level of care is disgusting. The people are very unprofessional,untidy and attitudes are unpleasant. Steer well clear

• Really did not want to leave any star. Avoid the organisation. The services they provide are not compliant with CQC requirements (check out the CQC website). Awful 'caring' organisation with little or no staff support. Local offices non-existent and one office covering the whole of the North West. No training or supervision given to staff - especially the Homecare staff who are most of risk of being abused or becoming the abuser!!! Basic procedures and client safety ignored for the sake of profit!
