• this firm was half good under m.turner,now it is a failure,changing arrangements without informing the client is very poor management practice,beware of this company do not employ them.

• Turners (now named/taken over by anthoney james estate agents) are a complete waste of time and energy. It takes soooooooo long for the to get anything done, don't use them! Some of us residents are now thinking of sacking them as it's taken too many emails and phone calls to do such small jobs, that there's not much chance of major jobs getting done.

• Rubbish! had no windows cleaned for 8 months now!prommissed jobs 18 months ago)still not done. Don't know about other managing agents but Turners for me are jus a 'bank' but taking a cut! We can get a bank on the high street with interest.

• Like most managing agents, Turners are very slow at getting jobs done, bet they wouldn't live the way some of us paying residents are doing!!
