• We have been having problems with this agency since we put our offer on the flat. Signing the contract was extremely delayed by the team, they sent us all papers at the last minute and then got pushy with us to speed up the procedure. The estate agent we rented the property with wasn't of much help after we moved in when we had problems with the electric panel and fire alarm. He got annoyed at us because we called him instead of the Property Management team -which we didn't know about - and gave us their contact. On the other side, the property management team are absolutely useless. We called them several times as we had problems first with our tv and then with humidity. No one got back to us. Last week our boiler broke down. We have been without hot water or heating for 7 days now and it has not been fixed yet. They didn't even think about providing electric heaters for the time being. The team should have booked a technician days ago to repair the boiler but apparently they are "very busy at the moment and we have to understand them". All we can hear on the phone is someone puffing and getting annoyed at us. Very bad service. Very, very disappointing.
