• If I could award Ansa Utilities no stars at all I would have done. Their engineers seem to have no idea on how to unblock a drain, and their repair crews failed to repair the drain and left a mess of my property. I had to employ a local contractor who put right what they had got wrong and repaired the actual cause of the blocking drains in half a day. If your insurer tries to make you use this company, refuse. They should be on rogue traders. Appalling.
