• Never bother using this company. Taxi booked over a week in advance for a drop off to Southend airport. Taxi never showed and when contacted, stated they had no booking in their system, despite a confirmation email being sent. There excuse was they had changed their operating system, have they never heard of backing up current system and then if needed, manually re-enter any bookings that had not migrated over to the new system.
