• Taxi this morning from Ripley to Alfreton. Driver headed south down the A38 !! Was assured there would be no problem with a tacit that evening at 21:00. When I called the control room the rather gutteral repleyvwas "not until after 10 mate " Just terrible service.

• Can never get a taxi before 9am, consistently late, awful telephone operators, my advice... look elsewhere
