• Alun managed to see me at very short notice when all of the others - Trident etc. we’re asking me to wait 2 weeks. Alun fixed the problem very quickly and was thoroughly professional. He did a fantastic job and I could not recommend him highly enough. A lovely bloke.

• A managing agent of our rental property got Alun around approximately 6 months ago for a simple replacement of a electrical shower unit, unfortunately he left a nut loose inside the shower & flooded our bathroom, he has not answered our calls or messages at all!!! Horrendous service! Avoid!!
