• great service, had our home cleared and drying within 48 hours following the flood, ben in the office was fantastic and the workman (Jim and Don) worked until late in the evening to ensure we could stay at home and had all our facilitys clean and working - they really knew what to do in a very distressing time for us, cant thank them enough

• cant fault them, went that extra mile to help, MD came to see us to survey our property, our work was handled by a Debbie, what a lovely young lass, first class customer service, these people are a rare find.

• I dont understand that bad review, we were in a right mess when our insurance company appointed Chas D Allflatt Ltd to put our kitchen back to gether after we had a leak from the bathroom above, the MD himself came to survey our property and assured us we would be looked after - well what can I say, the office staff were fantastic and kept in contact all the way through the works, all the builders that came to my house were polite, hard working and plesant, the decorator Kim was a true old school professional, dont be put off by the bad comments, this company are a real gem A+

• I think the above review is totally misleading, these guys put our house back together with speed and the upmost finess, the decorators are fantastic, the office staff were friendly and polite, overall a great experience, sound like the bad review had a axe to grind, don't take any notice of it.

• This is a genuine review please take note .. This company are absolutely useless . I had a carologue of problems which they addressed with even shoddier work. Even their own builders slag the company off and that's a fact.. Leave this firm well alone . You have been warned !!
