• They have the youngest qualified barber dont know if still stands but he was in the Guinness book of world records. So mark saying that must be a rival barber they all have qualifications and all of them have worked there since before they left school. Only people that complain are people that must have connections to other barbers

• Mark doesn't know what he's talking about, the barbers are not amateurs, they have qualifications, they are not arrogant, they are always friendly and polite. Maybe mark would be better in a beauty salon where he will feel less intimidated.

• I have just visited here today. The men are all skilled professionals. If you are young you can get any thing done. If you are old, like myself they will remove just enough hair to make you look as young as possible. Polite Blokes
