• Scott Newton from All Round Property Solutions agreed to complete our extension from 18th July. It was meant to be an 8 week build but we finally had to throw Scott off site on December 20th. Scott has over 20k of our money that he refuses to return. He has consistently lied to us throughout the build. He left us with a boiler venting into the house that was condemned by British Gas. He left three asthmatics including a four year old child with a boarded up hole in the side of their house over winter. Everything that Scott has touched is wrong and is having to be undone by more experienced builders at considerable expense. Scott simply does not appear to know what he's doing and every part of the work that he did do has had to be undone for safety reasons. Hiring Scott is probably the worst decision I've ever made. It has cost us in the thousands and made us very seriously ill.

• Please use caution if using this company. Quality is good by communication is terrible. I had a contract for a kitchen extension which is now 12 weeks over contract time. Scott appeared to run out of money and workers. Nobody has been near the site for 3 weeks. He has failed to return my keys. I don’t know if he will finish my work or not. I will post if he does. Doesnt cope under pressure
