• We did not refund this customer as she returned to our store a week after the funeral to say the flowers were dead the day after the funeral. The flowers ordered were 3 white roses, not in water.They were alive when we delivered them to the funeral directors and the cards were attached by the customer not us.We have a refund policy in place and this does not cover flowers not returned to the shop a week after the delivery date

• I went to this florist to buy some flowers for my father's funeral, I had purchased four different types for other members of the family to take to the funeral. On the day of the funeral I was handed some wilted flowers and some of them were actually already dead and to add insult to injury the wrong name tags were on the flowers. Over a week later I called to complain, the manager did not accept any responsiblity and informed me that flowers were not guaranteed to last more than a day. I would never buy from this florist again.
