• A mr Craig smith works at the blackburn office.near the rocket centre Ive rang 5 times to ask for a copy of my last accounts and a copy of my last tax return as i explained on the phone to mr smith the first time i rang. Since that first call the other 4 calls i made he was in a meeting!!! Mmm sure dosnt stop him returning a call after a meeting after all its my paperwork and my private documents that mr smith is withholding from me.. Mr Craig smith is one to be left well alone hes not fit to be an accountant id def avoid at all costs. I will be taking this further as they was taking £25 a month out of my bank for doing nothing!! I cancelled the direct debit after paying it for 6 months and asked for a full refund as no work has been done for me. So mr Craig smith thinks if the receptionist tells me hes in a meeting everytime i ring just let me tell you mr smith i wont go away untill i get a full refund and my paperwork if that fails i will make a visit to lancashire telegraph.
