• Purchased a bed from Alan Ward after being told we were buying a top quality bed from Harrison’s beds. Bed was very expensive, sales staff said it should last at least 10 to 15 years, now after only 5 years of very light use it is the most uncomfortable bed we have ever owned, it sags into the centre and is like sleeping on a slope! Followed up on the guarantee but neither Alan Ward nor Harrisons could be bothered to uphold the guarantee, tried to charge us nearly full price for a replacement mattress. Beware of poor customer service follow-up and I suggest staying away from the Harrison range, I could have purchased five cheaper beds and replaced one each year for the cost of one uncomfortable Harrison bed.
