• No complaints about the service itself,they couldn't have made it easier BUT they we felt terribly let down at the journey's. Our dog was dutifully collected from our home in Richmond but it wasn't until he was at the Airpets facility that we were called and informed that his transportation kennel was too small. No mention was made when he was collected. We were shocked, our dog had travelled to China and back in that kennel by reputable European flag carriers without comment. We were of course in a fix and had to agree to pay a sum well over one hundred pounds for a new kennel supplied by them, of course. You can imagine our consternation when upon arrival in Frankfurt we discovered that the new kennel was really no bigger!!! We were left feeling extremely bitter.
