Having seen the way the driver of the metallic blue taxi drives, I would NEVER recommend. I witnessed a car passing a horse slowly and cautiously as the holder of the horse had high vis vest on stating caution young horse in training. The driver dropped a gear and with rev's screaming overtook the car. Talk about dangerous drivingRating history and distribution
