Not impressed by the driver's reluctance to carry my shopping from book of taxi to my front door. This was even after I told him I had a problem with my shoulder and I had asked him to lift my shopping into the boot, when he picked me up at Lidl, as I cudn't lift my arm. Won't be using Abbey again. I am aged 75. Rating history and distribution
