• What a disgusting service we received from Abbey taxis last night (new years eve). We booked a taxi out and a return journey in advance. Our return taxi didn’t turn up an left two women in heels and evening dresses stranded. Fortunately for us the landlady at Harry’s bar took us home and made sure we got back safely. Absolutely terrible service, no phone call or message to inform us either, that would be the most basic thing to do and just common decency. Don’t use this firm if you need to get home safe and sound because they’re obviously take bookings and don’t care whether they turn up or not, totally unreliable.
